You must not use our services or any Meta integration in a way that violates Meta Platform Terms, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, applicable commerce or messaging rules, spam or abuse policies, or any other rules Meta publishes for the products you use. You are responsible for your content, campaigns, and how you configure automations and messaging.
All content, software, trademarks, and materials are the intellectual property of Stepup Marketing Management, unless otherwise stated.
Stepup Marketing Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, except where prohibited by law.
